I know what you mean, it's like this pressure that's there on you and you can't see it or describe it, but you sure can feel that burden, even when you can't pinpoint it out. It's tough b/c we (people in general) are constantly searching for knowing what's wrong at a moment... (i'm getting wordy sorry!) anyways what i really mean is:
Just take some time to breathe and relax.
If I could I'd bring your friend to you so you could be with that person.
