Here I Am

My mom has been in Connecticut all week doing training for her job.
My dad has been in North Carolina all week playing at the beach.
My brother is here in Gloucester with me, but he has friends and a job - so I don't see too much of him.

So it's kind of just been me and Scooter (my cat) here, holding down the fort. I guess instead of complaining about how lonely it's been I should look at the good side of it: FINALLY some down time, some alone time, some relaxation time. Yeah, I had some of that over the semester - but there's nothing like that feeling of having no responsibility, no stressors on the mind. It's allowed my creative mind to explode, and everything else to fall into serenity.
